Bath Blue is a creamy, smooth blue cheese from 'The Bath Soft Cheese Company'. It is a classic blue veined cheese made to a traditional Stilton recipe from the milk of organic cows. The cheese is made entirely by hand in very small batches. The cheese is ripened in traditional stone built rooms for 8-10 weeks to give it a creamy blue veined taste and clean aroma.
