Description:
Mrs Kirkham's Lancashire is known for its succulent, yet crumbly texture and it's tangy full flavour. It's the last farmhouse raw-milk Lancashire cheese in the world. The cheese is made over 2 days. It is then cloth-bound and rubbed with butter, which allows the cheese to breath, whilst it develops over 2-6 months. Perfect for a connoisseur version of cheese on toast!
