Black Bomber Cheddar (Cow) 200g
An exceptionally smooth and creamy extra, mature cheddar. It marries a delicious, rich, tangy flavour with a smooth creaminess.
Comté 18-Month Grande Reserve (Cow) 150g
Arguably the most amazing cheese in the world. A total of 83 different flavours can be detected when tasting Comté, but the main tastes are brown-butter and sweet, roasted nuts.
Epoisse de Bourgogne (Cow) 150g
A soft cheese with a creamy but chewy texture and a distinctive stinky, sticky, wrinkly rind!
Kidderton Ash (Goat) 150g
A silky smooth goats cheese that is coated with a fine ash to protect it whilst maturing.
Eve (Goat) 125g
A soft goat’s cheese washed in Somerset Cider Brandy and wrapped in a vine leaf, which helps to maintain a softer paste and develop nuttier flavours.
Bleu De Gex (Cow) 150g
Le Bleu de Gex is a semi-soft unpasteurised cow’s milk cheese. It has been produced in the Jura and Ain regions of France since the 14th century.
Brie de Meaux Donge (Cow) 150g
A delicious raw, soft unpasteurised cow’s milk cheese. Covered in a bloomy white rind. It has sweet, buttery flavours of mushrooms, truffles and almonds.
