Keen's cheddar is a deliciously tangy and fruity unpasteurised cheddar. The cheddar uses a traditional recipe, passed down by preceding generations of the Keen family in Somerset. It is pressed and bathed for 3 days and matured for a minimum of 12 months. The resulting cheese is creamy, smooth and firm textured with long, earthy, rich nutty flavours and a sharp sting at the end.
